Chris Nedza
CEO
Prior to founding ZeeZor, Chris was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CMD Services, Inc. He founded CMD in 1986 and built it into a nationally leading fulfillment and document management company. During his 17 years at CMD, Chris led various aspects of the company including sales, operations and finance, but his emphasis was on sales and technology. He led the expansion of the company to locations in Atlanta, Boston and Kansas City and his client list comprised of Fortune 500 companies including UPS, Sprint, Motorola, Goodyear, Delta Airlines, ACS and AT&T. Chris recently served as CEO of HotSauce Technologies, a POS technology firm serving the restaurant industry and headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Chris holds a BA from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University.

Ted Godwin
CTO
With nearly fifteen years of management and technology experience, Ted Godwin provides guidance to
our SaaS application development team. Ted carries with him the tools necessary to build rich Internet
applications including .NET, SQL Server, PHP, XML, JSON, Flex, Flash, Sencha Touch and ExtJS. Ted
has led the team responsible for development and integration of the ZeeZor METL with various POS
systems in several vertical markets including specialty retail, foodservices, beauty and cosmetics as well
as corporate ERP systems. His team has developed the methodologies necessary to identify the data
schema and build the necessary algorithms for accurate and usable reporting and data presentment. Ted
has significant knowledge and experience in database architecture and design as well as multiple
platform development including smart phone, tablet and desktop environments.

COO
A high-energy executive with 25+ years in the B2B and Marketing Services sector with an extensive background in both national and international markets. Jane has successfully managed the development and growth of four national US companies within the marketing services sector and been regional general manger responsible for more than 500,000 sq ft of distribution facilities serving major retail brands. While at Archway Marketing, she managed their client services for the entire North American continent, serving the Fortune 500 in both the USA and Canada. She has added value by the retention and growth of key accounts within a publicly traded supply chain management company. At Resolve Corporation, she drove the strategic relationship with the client base to deliver improved performance and business growth. She led and directed multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely execution of the client’s overall requirements within a demanding B2B enterprise. Jane is a proven leader with a demonstrated ability to build strong, loyal client relationships.
