Jeffrey Sonnenfeld served as full tenured professor at Emory's Goizueta Business School for a decade and a professor at the Harvard Business School for a decade, and is currently the senior associate dean of executive programs as well as the Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management for the Yale School of Management, as well as founder and president of the Chief Executive Leadership Institute, a nonprofit educational and research institute focused on CEO leadership and corporate governance. At the same time, his work is regularly cited by the general media in such outlets as: BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Newsweek, Time, the Economist, the Financial Times, The Washington Post, CBS (60 Minutes), NBC (the Today Show), ABC (Nightline, Good Morning America), CNN, and Fox News, as well as PBS, where he is a regular commentator, and CNBC, where he is a regular commentator. Lora Villarreal is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). In addition to her role with ACS, Dr. Villarreal is also a member of the Board of Directors for Buck Consultants, a wholly owned ACS subsidiary. Dr. Villarreal has more than 20 years of business, human resources and administration experience. Prior to her current duties with ACS and Buck Consultants, she served as President of the Human Resources Group, Inc., where she assisted organizations in aligning people strategies with company and client values. Dr. Villarreal also served as Vice President, Human Resources, for Transamerica Real Estate Information Companies. Dr. Villarreal holds a bachelor of science degree in human resource management from Bellevue University, a master of science degree in administration and management from Central Michigan University, and a Ph.D. in philosophy and management from California Coast University.

Benn R. Konsynski arrived at Goizueta Business School following six years on the faculty at the Harvard Business School where he taught in the MBA program and several executive programs. Prior to arriving at HBS, he was a professor at the University of Arizona where he was a co-founder of the university's multi-million dollar group decision support laboratory. He has published in such diverse journals as Communications of the ACM, Harvard Business Review, IEEE Transactions on Communications, MIS Quarterly, Journal of MIS, Data Communications. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Mike Townsend is the managing partner of McMullan CPAs a Georgia CPA firm. His is member of the AICPA and Georgia Society of CPAs. Mike has owned operated and successfully built companies in industries such as retail, construction, healthcare, financial services, banking, racing, realestate management and real estate development. Mike is Vice Chairman of a community bank, and on the Board of Directors and acting Treasurer for ISI. He is also one of the founding members of Providence Christian Academy and is the school’s acting Treasurer and serves on the Board of Directors.

Gary Smith is the President and CEO of The Transform Group, a full service Marketing & Operations firm. He is also the creator of OrthoMail - a niche marketing firm serving the Orthodontic industry. Gary is the founder of Iron Sharpening Iron, a 501-C3 nonprofit organization serving business owners, and has owned and sold several different companies in the Atlanta community since 1985. Smith holds a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
